Intangible Goods and Services

EduHelp has a strong commitment to contemporary evidence-based practice, ensuring participant academic goals are met. EduHelp acknowledges that participant’s and their families are central to our core business. Tutoring services will be provided at the date and time scheduled by the customer unless provisions have been made by a tutor to compensate for an incomplete or missed class.

For intangible goods such as digital downloadable items, delivery is usually instant, being available after the payment is confirmed.

Tangible Goods

 

EduHelp ships to countries within the Caribbean region. At this time, we do not ship books internationally.

 

Shipping Costs

We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Once an order request is received, it will be processed in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will provide you with a quotation for the service, including the shipping cost. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

All charges are in USD and EDU help is not responsible for any conversion fees that may be applied during processing.

Delivery Time

We work with our third-party partners to guarantee arrival of your textbooks no later than the date stated on your order confirmation.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. If you still haven't received your order by then, let us know please contact us at EduHelpConnect@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
